She descended Sydney as a queen, sang and conquered the hearts of music lovers who came to see her perform to a packed concert. On August 21, Sydney Olympic Park Centre witnessed Sydney’s most successful Bollywood concert of the year organised by the pioneer in musical concerts, Cinestar Events. Churning out hit songs from her 14 year old music career, Bollywood’s melody queen Shreya Ghoshal touched hearts with her mesmerising voice. The event was hosted by elegant MCs Kumud Merani and Divya Dhingra and the singer was accompanied by Marathi playback singer Hrishikesh Ranade. Audiences were treated to a heady mix of hit and memorable songs by the gifted singer who also sang many all time favourites by other senior singers too. Ghoshal closed the show with a powerful rendition of the love song of 2014, ‘Sun raha ha na tu’ which was a repetitive request from the members of the audience. With a perfect pitch voice, Shreya gave her best finale song to the most memorable concert of the year. Well done Shreya, well done Cinestar!
