Cinestar organised an enchanting concert by the legendary ghazal singer Jagjit Singh in Sydney on 26 September 2009 at the HIillsong Convention Centre. After his successful concert in Sydney Opera House in 2005, Jagjit ji returned to Australia to perform ghazals in several capital cities, including Sydney and Melbourne.The concert at the Hillsong Convention Centre started at 7.30 in the evening and was marked by the maestro displaying his incredible range with one hit ghazal after another. It was easy to see why no other ghazal singer has achieved so much in their lifetime. Jagjit ji sang, joked, laughed and made sure thousands of ghazal lovers will remember the concert for the rest of their lives.
